Please fill out the form in full below to register for the blended learning Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course. Double-check to make sure that your email address is entered correctly; this is where we will send the information to login for the online portion of the course. Please also be sure to select one of the skills sessions. A skills session is required in addition to the online coursework.
