[Zoom] Design Candle Classes
Every time when students come to our studio, they are often attracted by our candle artworks. This class is for anyone who wants to have a taste of candle making, or who wants to learn to make "design candle" - where you do not often find elsewhere. Students can choose any items from the list below. This class is also suitable for students who want to improve their candle making skills, or anyone who like making handicrafts.

Course content:
• Explain the properties of wax materials
• Introduce different candle dyes, and color mixing tips
• Sharing of recipe and the techniques for each selected candle

Tools & Materials:
Since this is zoom lesson, tools and materials will not be included in the tuition. However we will provide three options for students to prepare before class.
Option1: we list out all the tools, wax materials, wicks, dyes, etc. and student purchase from his/her suppliers (we will also provide candle suppliers if needed).
Option2: student will watch and take notes during zoom classes, and decide what materials to purchase after lessons and make the candles later on his/her own.

Tuition Fee:
Each candle from US$35 and up (include zoom class demonstrated by the instructor, class notes)

Class Duration and Booking:
It is estimated around 1 hour per candle, depends on difficulty and student's pace. Student can decide on the class date and starting time.
 
Instructor with over 20 years of candle making experience. We are currently located in Hong Kong, zoom class will be conducted in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

每次學生到來我們的studio時，往往被超過1000件蠟燭作品吸引著。總會問我們何時推出不同的製作班。經過多個月收集不同學生的意見，我們最後製作了這個「自選設計蠟燭課程」，學生可以因應自己的程度選擇以下不同的設計蠟燭學習，所以這個課程也適合想提升蠟燭製作技巧的學生。這個特別的進修班，適合已經有蠟燭製作經驗的舊生，或一些很喜歡製作/手工藝的朋友。

我們細心挑選這10多個蠟燭作品，當中大部份為日式蠟燭，他們用上不同的蠟材和染料，每個蠟燭作品也有他獨特的製作技巧。

課程內容：
• 講解蠟材的特性
• 認識不同的蠟燭染色料，和調色枝巧
• 製作蠟燭的獨特技巧

材料：由於這個是Zoom課程，導師會提供材料購買清單給學生在上課前自行準備。如果學生需要導師幫忙購買也可以，但就需要另外付材料，運費或進口稅（如有）。如果學生有其他原因在課堂時不能一起製作，也可以先觀看導師製作，之後製作如有什麼問題也可以隨時和導師聯絡。

費用：每款作品 US$35起 (包導師zoom示範製作，筆記）

導師具有超過20年蠟燭製作經驗，是香港首位擁有韓國和日本協會頒發的蠟燭專業資格 。
