According to the regulations of the Registrar’s Office, the following additional information is requested from our members: Full Name,  ID Number, Date of Birth, Address, E-mail, Telephone for both an updated list of members and also for the proper observance of attendance at the General Assembly [N.104 (I) / 2017 Article 18 (5) & Article 22 for forms Σ8 and Σ6 respectively]. Please send a copy of both sides of your identity card or passport or yellow slip for identification purposes and please complete the form below.
