Sept to Nov- Lacombe Order Form
Use this form to PREORDER. If you pick multiple dates the same order will be filled (ex. Small mango and cranberry will be made each of the dates checked off).  You can fill the form out for all months at once or monthly. 
Order will not be filled until e-transfer is received. Orders need to be in by the 15th of each month.
