📣   很多客戶在健身房運動時只會專注於單方面的訓練, 如臥推舉、硬拉、深蹲到肩推。而室外運動的顧客也只偏向於一側的運動方式  , 如網球、划龍舟、高爾夫等。 長期重複偏向性的動作會使我們的軟組織沿著筋膜線變得更強壯和更有彈性, 以支持該運動。但其餘沒有運用到的軟組織、關節和肌肉則較不穩定, 或更容易受傷。久坐不動客戶的髖、肩和頸也會因此變得僵硬和活動力較差，讓日常活動沒法自如

📣 訓練全身筋膜線能為客戶帶來許多好處，學習將力量分佈到身體各部位，防止某些關節的過度使用。鼓勵運動時涉及三平面，有助於改善協調性、平衡性並增強身心連結
