Overdue Equipment Waiver - CCAM
Overdue equipment waivers may be issued in the case of extraordinary circumstances, deemed eligible by the managers of the Student Technology Collaborative (STC) equipment lending program and the supervisors of relevant STC site locations. Waivers do not apply to routine scheduling conflicts, including those pertaining to class scheduling, travel, or late arrival, where the onus of time management is that of the borrower. Extraordinary circumstances include documented medical conditions, leaves or absences approved and documented by college deans and program directors, or other instances that include relevant documentation like police reports, or vehicle accident reports. Waivers must meet the agreement of STC managers and site supervisors to qualify, and waivers must be signed by both parties before the waiver is officially issued. It is the responsibility of the borrower to provide all relevant and appropriate documentation to qualify for a waiver.
