2024 College for Kids Transportation Reservation Form
If your student is attending College for Kids from the Iowa City area and you aren't able (or excited) to drive them to Coe College in Cedar Rapids each day of the program, this is the solution for you! For $165 per student per session your student can ride the yellow school bus from either City Park in Iowa City or Penn Elementary in North Liberty to Coe and back. The bus company doesn't confirm exact times until the start of June, but in the past the City Park loading is usually 7-7:15 and the Penn Elementary pick up is typically 7:30-7:35. Students arrive at Coe in time for regular College for Kids day (but not the early bird classes) and are returned to the same spot they boarded, in North Liberty around 12:30 and Iowa City about 12:50.  

This service is organized by parent volunteers from Lincoln Elementary PTO. As you reach the end of the form, there are directions about submitting payment to the Lincoln Elementary PTO via PayPal. Please note that the cost per student per session will rise to $175 after May 1. 

Note: This form does not register your student for classes in the College for Kids program. This is simply transportation on school buses from Iowa City or North Liberty to and from the classes. Grant Wood AEA is in charge of tuition and enrollment for College for Kids.

As a reminder, the cost is $165 per session per student registered between March 1 and April 30, and $175 on or after May 1. Please be advised about our cancellation policy: full refund if you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to a session's start. Half refund if you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks prior to a session's start. No refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.
