Your Sheboygan Falls Food Service Department plans to offer free meals to all enrolled students and their families during the month of June 2021.  Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below so we can determine how many families will be interested in free meals and your pickup preference. This questionnaire is being sent simply to determine interest and for planning purposes.  Meal pickup will be during the day at the Sheboygan Falls Middle School, the exact time is to be determined.
