If you would like to withdraw your child from classes, please fill out and submit this form no later than CLOSE OF BUSINESS (7:00pm) the 24th of the current month to stop the following month's auto-payment charge. Any withdrawals received after the 24th of the month will be processed the following month.

We do not offer refunds.
