Seward Redesign Inc. (Redesign) is a nonprofit community developer that works to build a healthy community in the Seward and Longfellow neighborhoods. We provide leasing and construction support, business assistance and storefront improvement programs, and can connect you with options for financing, architecture and legal support.

We work hard to match businesses and organizations with vacant space in our service area. At this time, we are fielding more requests than usual and are seeing limited vacancies in our neighborhoods.
