South Eastern Little Athletics Club Championships will be held on Saturday 20 November (with the exception of some Middle Distance and Hurdles events).

Entry cost is $10 per athlete - for up to 5 events.  Please pay your Age Marshall after you have submitted this form. This form needs to be completed, together with payment made, before your child/ren can compete.  

Parental assistance on the day is expected and essential to ensure the successful staging of the Club Championships.
