The AGM is organised onsite in Oxford. Please confirm your in-person participation. We will explore options of sharing some parts in a hybrid format if there is a high number of requests from VIS members. However,  we cannot guarantee that the facilities will be available at the venue. *
You will participate the TET celebration with a contribution of 30£/person for food and drinks. *
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. We will try, but may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Please indicate how many people (yourself and family members) will participate the TET event.
