The guest entered on this form will be the ONLY spectators allowed to enter the game, this must include young children with the exception of infants in a carrier.  

* Soccer - 4 Spectator per PLAYING athlete for both HOME TEAM and AWAY TEAM

* Volleyball -  HOME TEAM: 4 Spectator per PLAYING athlete    
                       AWAY TEAM: 2 Spectators per PLAYING athlete

You will ONLY have a 30 time frame to arrive at the game. Doors will be lock 15 mins after start of the game and no entry will be allowed.
