If you are interested in serving on a committee for Jourdanton ISD, please fill out the form below.  Some of the committees include; the District of Innovation, District Improvement Plan, Campus Improvement Plan, School Health Advisory Council, etc.  Upon completion of this form, you will be added to a pool of parents who may be contacted to serve on a committee within the district.
