Textbook request form

The UNLV Fostering Scholars Program is able to provide students with textbooks while funding permits. If you feel textbooks would help support you academically or financially, please let us know by submitting this form about which classes you need textbooks for and we will order them for you and have you meet with us to pick them up conveniently on campus at the Student Union.

Please ensure you know what Course Number and Section Number your class is prior to submitting your request as textbooks are determined by the Course Number and Section Number (ex. Info before the "-" is the Course number; number after the "-" is Section number ex. PSY 101-1003; Course is PSY 101, Section 1003). This information can be found on your schedule in MyUNLV. Please ensure you do not plan on changing/dropping courses as textbooks cannot be returned.
