This form is for students currently enrolled at Amana Academy and their siblings to indicate their intention to attend Amana Academy North Fulton for the 2022-2023 school year.

This form must be completed by January 31, 2022 in order to guarantee your child's seat.
If this form is completed AFTER January 31, 20221 we cannot guarantee a seat for your child. If the grade you are reserving does not require a lottery, then your child will be seamlessly readmitted. If the grade does require a lottery, then the student will be placed on the waiting list in the order of their application.
