Leeds City College and Leeds City College Students’ Union would like to invite you to dance the night away at our Christmas Party @ PRYZM

Ticket prices

 FREE for all students’ union course representatives, executive committee members, society leaders and nominated students (not transferable to other students)

For everyone else tickets are £5 for a limited time only


To book your place

To pay for a ticket you should use the College’s Online Store.  This is accessed from the link on the Student Intranet or www.lccsu.co.uk
You can buy your ticket from our sales team every Monday 10am until 2pm. Visit the sales team:
Park Lane: Box Office (opposite the Student Life Hub)
Quarry Hill: Student Life Hub
Printworks: Student Life Hub
 
If you are a course rep / exec committee / society leader you book your place here
Please book early to avoid disappointment. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis to students who have paid (if applicable) or booked.
Tickets must be purchased / booked in advance
All payments are non-refundable
You must be 16 years of age and must be a year 12 (or above) student
End of Year Party is exclusively for Leeds City College students. Guests who are not LCC students are not permitted. Your student card will be verified and your tutor may be consulted on your behaviour and attendance this year prior to your acceptance at the Party.

Party information

Doors open at 8pm and close at 1am
PRYZM, Woodhouse Lane / Merrion Centre, Leeds LS2 8LX

You must bring:

Your College ID card

Dress code and entry
Dress smartly and keep it stylish, and fresh!!
We advise against wearing sports or gym style trainers however at their discretion Pryzm does accept pumps like Converse and Vans
Entry is subject to PRYZM's entry requirements
You must abide by PRYZM’s Code of conduct - see www.pryzm.co.uk

Support at the Party
Leeds City College and PRZYM staff will co-manage the event.  To ask any questions, receive support or report any issues please visit PRYZM reception

Transportation
You will need to make your own arrangements to and from the Pryzm
Plan how you will get home and how much it will cost. Set that money aside

Weapons / Sharp Objects
Students will be searched on arrival. Anyone found with a weapon or sharp object will be refused entry, reported to the police and face expulsion from their course.

Alcohol / Drugs
Alcoholic drinks will not be available at the event.  Those suspected of arriving at the event under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry. Anyone found using or supplying drugs or alcohol will be refused entry, reported to the police and face expulsion from their course.
