I am Takashi Maeno, a researcher of wellbeing and happiness in Japan. Today is the time when the world has changed completely with the COVID-19. I thought about what I could do in such an era. The first is to eliminate everyone's anxiety and blockage based on the knowledge of wellbeing and happiness. Therefore, I made full use of the knowledge of wellbeing studies and made a "Three questions that improve your "wellbeing" simply by answering". Please answer to improve your well-being. Of course, we do not disclose personal information, but a nice answer might be to hide it and publish it on facebook and website. (1) It is known that people who have connections with others are happy. Conversely, "loneliness" is said to be an enemy of "happiness." So remember the connection. There are always many who need you.
