2023-2024 Physical Education Exemption Application
To follow is an application for exemption from a portion of the physical education requirement during the 2023-2024 school year. Students applying for exemption will be required to meet or exceed the Presidential Physical Fitness Award level of the Presidential Fitness Assessment. Testing will be scheduled beginning the week of September 12th. Days and times will be posted.

In addition to the requirements listed above, approved applicants will be required to attend Learn, Live, Lead classes and online modules as scheduled, and complete trimester exemption reports and submit a training journal signed by the team coach at the end of each trimester.

Application deadline dates are:
Fall: September 8, 2023
Winter: November 10, 2023
Spring: March 4, 2024
