Joining our Self Perform team as the Asphalt Paving Team Leader is a great way to lead others to a successful career path.

For this role, the Milliken team is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, will take initiative to do what it takes to get the job done, and will work to inspire team members to strive to be the best that they can be. There must be a high level of knowledge when it comes to performing all aspects of asphalt paving, most specifically- driveways and parking lots. He/she must know how to operate an asphalt paver, roller, and have experience with leading a team.

Our new Asphalt Paving Team Leader must have a tolerance for working in outdoor conditions. This will be a year-round, full-time position. Hours will vary as schedules change due to changing conditions.
