Spring 2024 JBF COS Valet - We tag it, you make $
No time to tag your items? We'll do it for you! Please read all of the following and agree to all of them and we will contact you to set you up with a tagger.

This is strictly a TAGGING SERVICE. You are responsible for drop off and pickup of your items at the sale. This allows JBF to tag for more consignors. This also allows for you to earn more on your items AND allows you to bring any unsold items to future sales if you want to. Tags are good in the JBF system for 2 years! It's a win-win!

- Consignors will earn 60% of their total sales, minus a $20 consignor fee (this is what regular consignors earn!) Or prepay your consignor fee for a discount.

- We accept all clothing infant to Juniors small and maternity. Baby equipment (bouncers, strollers, high chairs, floor mats, exersaucers), large and small toys, outdoor toys, books, puzzles, games, etc

Steps to get items ready for Valet:
- Sort items by size and gender and put like items together (0-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24, 2T, 3T, etc)
- Take out items that are torn, stained or not sellable (you will be charged for these items)
- Make sure all toys have batteries and work (all items that aren't working will be returned)
- Make sure all pieces are included with all puzzles, games, etc. We will return any items missing pieces
- Label boxes or bags with your name
- Find a time to drop off your items to your designated Valet tagger

- Valet Consignors will be charged $.50 per tag entered for all items including large items. This amount will be paid directly to my tagger when I pick up my items
- Consignors will pay a $10 supply fee. This needs to be paid to the tagger at drop off. We provide all the supplies needed (card stock, hangers, safety pins, etc)
- Once your items are tagged, Valet consignors will pick up their tagged items from their tagger
- Consignors will transport their items to the sale and participate in consignor drop off
- Consignors can choose to pick up their unsold items and sell at another sale, or donate unsold items to local charities

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my sale items. JBF does not own these items, and can therefore not insure them, or be held liable for them in any way.  My personal insurance may cover these items and I am responsible for knowing my personal policy and obtaining coverage. *
I will be charged $.50 per tag entered by my tagger. This amount will be payed to my tagger when I pick up my items. *
I understand I am responsible for picking up my tagged items from my tagger and taking them to the sale. *
A $10 supply will be paid the tagger when I drop off my items. This is for hangers, card stock, safety pins, etc. *
Required
Items will be dropped off to the assigned tagger, at a prearranged time in sturdy cardboard boxes or bins with my name and phone number on them. *
I understand that I can pick up unsold items after the sale and take to another sale. *
A $20 consignor fee will be charged and taken out of my check before it is sent to me. I will receive 60% of my gross sales in a check sent 2 weeks after the sale. I have the option to prepay my consignor fee to receive a discount. *
I will be assigned a consignor number if I don't already have one. The email used and password will be sent after my items are tagged. I am able to change my login if desired after items are tagged. Once items are tagged, prices cannot be changed in the tagging system without printing a new tag. *
Items must be separated by size and gender. Place items like pajamas, shirts and pants folded together in the box/bag. Any items not separated will be returned to you to sort. 
Please sort sizes 0-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24, 2T, 3T, 4T, etc.

I am only including sizes infant to juniors small and maternity. Any adult items or juniors medium/large/xlarge will not be included in the Valet program. Junior items must be current and name brand. 
All juniors and maternity clothes will be inspected at drop for current style/brand. They will be returned if not current.

I agree to have all of my items included in the half price sale. I may request specific prices for up to a maximum of ten items. *
I understand that any items that are stained, have holes or not working (missing pieces, missing batteries), etc will be returned to me. If more than 10 of my items are found with the above, I will be charged $.25 per item. This will be paid to my tagger when I pick up my items. *
I understand that I will be placed on a waiting list if a tagger isn't available. We will make every effort to get your items and tagged before the sale in April. The Valet drop off deadline is March 31. After this date, we cannot accept any items. *
If you used a tagger in previous sales, who was it and would you like to use them again?
Who referred you? If you refer a friend your consignor fee will be half off, refer two friends and it will be free, refer three friends and you will be receive $25 in JBF Bucks to spend at the sale!  Valet must have 50 items or $100 worth of items.
