General Theme: A resilient Internet for an Inclusive Digital Tanzania 

Tanzania Internet Governance Forum (TzIGF) is a national multi-stakeholder platform for public policy dialogue on issues related to Internet and Internet Governance.  The stakeholders include the Government, Civil Society, the Academia, Technical Community and the Private Sector.

The 9th Edition of Tanzania Internet Governance Forum will take place on 23rd November 2022 in Dar es salaam from 8am to 4pm. Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania has been invited as a Keynote speaker.
The Internet Society Tanzania in collaboration with the Multistakeholder Organizing Committee of the Tanzania Internet Governance Forum is now calling for fellows to attend the upcoming meeting in November 2022. The forum will address  the following thematic areas;
  1. The Digital Economy: Necessary disruptions; causing Digital Opportunity for everyone.
  2. Access and Inclusion.
  3. Sub-theme: Digital Inclusion for People with Disabilities.
  4. Cybersecurity through a lens of the ordinary Internet user.
  5. Advanced technologies including Big Data, AI, Blockchain and Metaverse

If selected you will receive an email infoming you that you have been chosen as the Tanzania IGF 2022 Fellow. All fellows will receive Digital Certiticate attesting to their participation in the event.
