Amador High School Official Transcript Request

An official transcript is one that is signed by a school official, bears the school seal, and is in a sealed envelope. These are most often used for college applications, DMV verification, jobs. We do not mail official transcripts to home addresses but will mail them to colleges, scholarships, etc.

If you are requesting an official transcript for pick up, it will be available at the Registrar's Office within 2 school days.

If you are a CURRENT student and would like a copy of your unofficial transcript (not signed and sealed), you can access your transcript through your Aeries Portal, under the Grades tab and Transcripts.  

Each official transcript is $5.00.  Please either deliver that payment to Amador High School or mail it: Amador High School, 330 Spanish St. Sutter Creek, CA 95685

CURRENT STUDENTS:  There is NO charge for transcripts.
