FMHO Boba Fundraiser Interest Form
Hello! The Fremont Mental Health Organization is hosting a boba fundraiser with T4 to raise funds for an upcoming care package event. We are partnering with HandsOn Bay Area to deliver care packages to those in need in multiple shelters. The flavor is jasmine green tea with boba and it is $5. We will be delivering the boba to you while following all safety precautions and social distancing guidelines. Please fill out this form to let us know if you are interested. We would really appreciate it if you purchase a drink as it is going towards a good cause to help those in need during these difficult times.
