Please fill out this form to register teams for the first Hockey in the Valley Tournament!

Dates: July 11-12

Location: Grand Valley State University - just outside of Grand Rapids, MI, and 20-minutes from Lake Michigan - Make it a vacation!

Cost: $575 per team

Format: 7v7, Round Robin, 5 games per team, 25-minute games (2 x 12.5 minute halves with 2-minute halftime, and 3-minute transition)

Age: U14/U12/U10 (U10/U12 - COED)

Space is limited.

All rostered players and coaches must be USAFH members.

Teams will be invoiced after registration, and teams will have 2-weeks to complete payment after invoice is sent.

We will send invoices, hotel information, and rostering process together after your team is registered.
