While we still need full, non-refundable payment up front, we are continuing to our new tradition from last year and sticking with a first come, first serve model for campsite assignments. There will be no assignment of specific spots ahead of time. Payment for your successful reservation only guarantees you a spot within the campground. As demand for Camp Silverball has grown, it has become harder for our all volunteer staff to manage the sheer number of requests and changes with the volume of campers we have. If you want to secure a specific spot, come earlier (we open the campground on Thursday at noon, no check-ins prior to this). If you want to ensure you are camped next to your friends, arrive together. Having said all that, last year worked out beautifully and everyone got spots they were happy with.

As always, signing up on this list is no guarantee you will get a campsite but we do absolutely work our way through this list based on request date/time to make it as fair as possible and most years we have room for every single person.  We will work through the list as quickly as we can and you will receive an email from Seth confirming you have a site and requesting payment. Make this payment quickly and you are fully locked in. If someone cancels and a spot opens, we will go to the next person on the list.

Speaking of payment, our prices will remain the same this year. A standard site will be $50 a night (regardless of hookups) and if you want to camp with a tent and park your car in the general admission parking lot, it will be $25 a night.

We will continue our new tradition of exclusive t-shirts for our Camp Silverball campers that are for this year and this year only. Check out our cool 2024 Camp Silverball artwork below. These shirts will run $25 (2XL +$2.50, 3XL +$3, 4XL-6XL +$6.50) and must be requested on this form and paid in full when the campsite is paid (they will be included in the invoice). The shirts will be waiting for you when arrive at the show. This shirt is only for our campers and only avail for preorder through this camper registration. There will not be extras at the show if you want additional or changed your mind on the size.
