After you become an affiliate, you will get a unique link which will track the visitors you send to our site so we can credit your account. Here are the basics:
-FemFusion Wellness LLC and Vibrant Pelvic Health retain the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products at any time.
-Affiliates are paid via PayPal by the 15th of each month, for the current net earnings in your affiliate account. This is your commission minus any refunds that have taken place on your referred transactions. That means you'll need a verified PayPal Account.
-The client coupon code is strictly to be handed out on a 1-on-1 communication basis, and not to be posted publicly on the internet or otherwise.
-We don’t want any spamming or dishonest tactics to sell our products, and abusing the system will get you removed. We won’t accept the advertising of our coupon codes or fake coupon codes, misrepresenting us or our products, or affiliates who sign up solely for the affiliate program and refer themselves for a personal discount.
-You will receive a 20% commission for any course sold through your link.
-Tracking is attained through a cookie with a 90 day tracking duration.

You understand that FemFusion Wellness LLC does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from this program. You agree to hold FemFusion Wellness LLC harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which FemFusion Wellness LLC and/or their assigns may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys' fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.
A. We'll pay you 20% commission as described on our website for referral sales through your link.
B. You may terminate your account at any time. Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can remove your information from our system.
C. We can terminate your account if you violate our terms of service, or promote us unethically or inappropriately. This is at our sole discretion.
D. There are no warranties. We make no warranty to you of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning us, our subcontractors or affiliates to you. We disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of our program for any particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential, including, by not limited to, loss of data or interruptions of our service, regardless of cause or fault. We are not responsible for your lost profits or for your loss of data or information.
E. You agree to use our system in a manner that is ethical and in conformity with community standards. You agree to respect the privacy of other users (you shall not intentionally seek data or passwords belonging to other users, nor will you modify files or represent yourself as another user unless explicitly authorized to do so by that user). You agree to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property. And you agree to accept commercial emails from us.
If we find out about a violation or a likely violation, we'll attempt to contact you. If you do not take immediate action to fix the issue, or in the event of a violation of the terms of service, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. A reasonable effort will be made to inform you before account termination and to re-establish your account upon receiving such representations from you as we deem appropriate in the circumstances.
Your account will be terminated immediately and without warning, if you use our system and promote it via a bulk/spam type email campaign. You may also be subject to fines and legal actions as a result of your bulk/spam email promotion.
F. We can change the terms and conditions at any time as needed. Continuing to use the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you can terminate this agreement in accordance with Section B.
G. You agree to let us know if your address, email address, PayPal address, or billing information changes.
H. You must comply with your own country if they have laws regarding disclosures, endorsements, and testimonials as well as those of the United States of America. Again, failure to follow these means that we could terminate your account.
