New students are asked to complete a questionnaire about their dog(s) and sign a Waiver which will be attached to their confirmation email. Please download, complete and bring with your fee to the first class.
If you are registering for classes, it is required that you submit ALL info. (Your information is never shared!)
The fee is $160.00
Fees are due at the FIRST class... by email transfers (
reflxyon@gmail.com), cash or personal cheque
(made out to Donna Toews).
REGISTRATION IS FIRST-COME BASIS. Once registered, a spot is reserved for you.
I am unable to offer Drop In classes at this time UNLESS they are prepaid and with my approval for the dates noted.
PLEASE NOTE: Classes are NON-transferable. NO make-up classes.
Instructor reserves the right to cancel class due to registration numbers.
(Instructor reserves the right to postpone classes due to her own trialing dates or judging assignments. Students will be notified in advance.)
