ACS Community Spirit Day, 18 Sep 2022: High School Clubs / Charities / Volunteers

ABOUT THE EVENT:

The Spirit Day event is a great opportunity for the ACS community to reconnect and enjoy a fun afternoon on campus; as well as explore a number of the school facilities, interest groups and its fabulous surroundings.

Following are some of the highlights to be expected on the day:
- Family picnics
- Food Court
- Outdoor Learning Spaces Tour / Woodland Walks for families
- Information booths (SEEders & Sustainability team, Sports Centre, Performing Arts, and others)
- Sports, Games & Activities for all ages
- Student Clubs showcase tbc


HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES / CLUBS SHOWCASE
 
As a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT, you can sign up to volunteer individually, as a group of friends or you can get involved via your club or charity. Please indicate your choices in the form below.

STUDENT CLUBS & CHARITIES are welcome to promote their cause via information booths or set up sample games / activities for the community. A good opportunity to gain visibility amidst the community and also recruit new members. All clubs signing up will be expected to s

DEADLINE:
For Clubs / Charities that would like to be involved, please let us know your ideas ASAP via the form below, and no later than the 06 September please.

EVENT LOCATION & DURATION:
The event will take place outdoors in the Rugby Greens, Sports Pitches & Old Gym Car park area.
The official time for the event is 1-4 pm on Sunday, 18 September. However, the food court will open at 12:30 for some groups.
