『小松隊』講堂系列 - 『居所 』Nutcrackers Talk Series- "Residence"
香港中文大學賽馬會老年學研究所(CUHK IOA)正在進行一個研究項目命名為“小松隊” ,重點關注長者健康與建築環境的關係。我們將會在2020年11月28日舉辦網上講堂*,主題為"居所":以「錦綉花園」為例,傾談長者健康與建築文化的關係。費用全免。

錦綉花園是元朗的一個大型私人住宅。 這裡有學校、鄉村俱樂部、各式各樣的公園、餐廳、診所,及一個位於市中心的15,000平方米的大型人工湖。錦綉花園是一個著名的低密度住宅區,建於1970年代。 那麼,在40多年後的今天,整體住戶的年齡層有何改變? 作為發展商及居民又會有甚麼看法?

The CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing (CUHK IOA) has launched the Knowledge Transfer Project, "Nutcrackers" to explore the relationship between Elderly Well-being and Built Environment since July 2019. After a few months’ break, we are pleased to let you know the monthly talks have been resumed from July to Dec 2020. Same as before, we have invited professionals from both health and built environment on a monthly basis to share with us on different themes (in Chapters).

Fairview Park is a large private residential estate in Yuen Long. It has its own schools, a country club, various parks, restaurants, clinics and a 15,000 square meter large artificial lake that sits in the town centre. It is a well-known low-rise residential project built in the 1970s. Is there a change in the age group mix in the development after 40 years? What are the observations as a developer and as an end-user?
