SEND Pre-Screening Eligibility
Thank you for your interest in the Sourcing Employees with NeuroDiversities (SEND) pilot program, powered by Daivergent and the State of California. For our SEND pilot, we are enrolling up to 15 companies to receive fully-subsidized interns/employees for their entry-level positions.
Terms:
- The subsidy covers up to $10,400 for wages, taxes, and benefits such as workers comp and payroll fees.
- The employer may spread out the subsidy over the course of up to 6 months, and is not required to hire the candidate after the subsidy is fully used.
- Employer will receive coaching support from Daivergent and the State of California at no charge
- Employer is permitted to terminate intern/employee at any time if performance is not met
Please complete this 1-minute screener to assess your company's eligibility for the program. Currently, we are only able to work with companies that meet the following criteria:
(1) companies with a US headquarters or branch office,
(2) jobs that can be done remotely which fall into the following areas: Data Entry; Graphic Design; Sales Support
(3) companies that are not staffing firms or temp agencies
(4) preference given to companies that are willing to consider hiring the candidate after the subsidy is fully used
Due to the strong interest in SEND, please allow us 24-48 hours to reply. We're looking forward to connecting with you!
Sincerely,
The Daivergent Team
