Imani Outreach Services (IOS) Undergraduate Interest Form
In response to the growing needs of the Oak Park Community and the African Diaspora, we at Imani Clinic have decided to open up our Imani family to students who wish to ONLY volunteer and specialize in community outreach.

Through the IOS program all UC Davis and Sacramento State students will have the chance to volunteer at outreach events with our amazing and robust community partners. We hope to provide students with the opportunity to distribute essential items and interact closely with Oak Park community members of the African Diaspora.

IOS also serves as a direct pipeline for students of the African Diaspora who wish to improve and better the lives of those living in the Oak Park Community. We want to be able to provide a space where our campuses can begin to be the change we want to see in our communities.

IMPORTANT!!!: IOS is not a part of our general health clinic and there are no community service hour requirements.

Requirements:
  • Attend Imani Clinic Outreach Orientation - (Will be held over zoom monthly for new volunteers)
  • Attend required trainings for YouthXplosion and Neighbor Program
