Within the frame of SCI's Work Plan for 2023, there is the opportunity to organise campaigns which address the following aims:

• Reach out to people, particularly youth, and raise awareness about the detrimental consequences of war and militarism.
• Contribute to a deeper understanding of problem areas, underlying issues, and vulnerable groups affected by conflicts.

Campaign Period: 01/07/2023 - 30/10/2023

Eligibility: Open to Council of Europe Member States and Kosovo.

Formats:

• Priority Funding: Protests, peaceful street actions, social media campaigns, writing to politicians, lobbying, campaigning, and actions to strengthen antimilitarist education within your organization.
• Other Considered Formats: Workcamps focused on peace education, awareness-raising events, study visits, trainings, workshops, seminars, interactive workshops, debates, creating opportunities for dialogue, and innovative approaches inspired by the "No War Anywhere" project.

Application Timeline: Rolling process starting from 01/07/2023. Submit applications online.

Funds for the campaigns will be transferred after the activity has been implemented and reported. In case this would be a problem for implementing the activity, contact us to discuss alternative options. There is a strong preference for transferring the funds to an organisation's account rather than an individual .
