Volunteer Waiver - By adding to the cart, you indicate that you understand that Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance and all event sponsors, their principals, directors, officers, employees, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any injuries or damages to person(s), be they physical injuries or otherwise, arising out of or resulting from or in any way connected to my/our participation in this volunteer activity. Your signature also authorizes Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance to utilize, without compensation, any pictures taken at the event that include your image or likeness, for any publication, newsletter, report, or other documentation. Each agreement to this document acknowledges that while Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance will strive to follow all applicable health regulations, such procedures can in no way guarantee that there will be no exposure to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, or other health issues. Each person consenting to this document agrees that they, on their own behalf are assuming the full risk of participating in the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance 2020 DIY International Coastal Cleanup and agree to hold Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance harmless from any injuries, loss, or damage related to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, or other related health issues.
