Once payment is completed, I require that my clients build me a simple google doc or PDF document with the following elements:

1. References. IRL pictures, pre-existing art, anime art, stardew valley screenshots, exact color shades. All is perfect, wonderful and welcomes ! Just be sure to give me visual references, as well a description of what is what and where it'll be going.

2. Exact shades for hair and eyes. Skin shades welcome as well.

3. In the case of commissioning outfits, please be sure to have a reference image of every outfit, as well as a one line ( or more, go wild if you like) description below it of what it is. Example: A screenshot of your farmer wearing an outfit, with the caption "Summer outfit."

4. Anything else you think useful! This is fully optional. But you could add personality, or aesthetics they are into or moodboards for me to get to know the character.
