The Community Foundation for Western Iowa is engaging Gilbert + Chittenden (G+C) to offer a one-day nonprofit capacity building workshop in Walnut, Iowa at the Walnut Community Center.

This workshop is designed to strengthen capacity with the insights, tools and skills for breakthrough thinking about persistent challenges and emerging opportunities.

Participating organizations should send 2 senior leaders who are empowered with the “capacity to make change” in their organization and several specific challenges or opportunities the organization is facing.
