How to Mail-In your device for repair:

-Fill out the form below for any Mail-In Repair requests  (One form for multiple devices is requested).
-Ship out to the address at the bottom of the form.
-Print out a copy of the form and put it in the package along with your device.  
-We will contact you when I receive your package.
-Once we repair your items, we will send you a payment request.

We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit, Paypal, and Zelle.

*All repairs come with a 90-day warranty against parts & workmanship.

We ask that you do not send any phone cases or other accessories. We are not responsible for any cases or accessories that get misplaced during the repair.

If we have any questions about your repair, we'll contact you via email or Facebook Messenger.

All repairs come with a 90 warranty against parts & workmanship beginning when you receive the device(s). Warranty is voided if the phone is damaged in any way (i.e., water damage, broken front or back glass).
 
Warranty repairs will need to be shipped back to GadgetFix at your cost.

GadgetFix will give you a price to ship the item back to you and provide tracking.

 It is your responsibility to pack & ship the devices properly. GadgetFix is not responsible for devices that get damaged or lost in transit.

**Please back up your data before shipping us your device(s). We are not responsible for the loss of data if damage were to occur by technician error.**

After your device has been repaired, your device will no longer be considered "water-resistant."
