My name is Katherine Martin and I am collecting information for my Capstone Project. Over the year, I plan to research the future physical and mental effects of rigorous childhood athletics. My final project will include research and analysis into the long-term effects of sports injuries and inadequate sports nutrition. My primary research question that I aim to answer by the end of the year is: How does rigorous childhood athletics affect later relationships with exercise and nutrition?
