 ジャパンプラグフェストのご参加にあたりましては、まず、チームの登録をお願いいたします。以下の各項目にご回答を頂き「送信」ボタンを押したあと、「JPF参加機器登録フォーム」で、機器の登録をお願いいたします。
　また、登録頂いた内容は請求書等に使用しますので、正式名称でご登録下さい。なお、請求書を複数に部署に分けたい場合には事務局に必ず、ご連絡頂けますようお願い致します。

チーム名   The name of your team *
チームの名前を決めてください。　注意：1企業で複数のチームエントリーがある場合の識別にもなります。また、このあと、機器登録を入力する際に必要になりますので、メモをしておかれることをお勧めいたします。  The name of your team must be unique and needs to identifiy your products' registration.
機器種別   Category of your products *
ソース、シンク、リピータ、ケーブル、その他をお選びください。  Please chose one.
