SMHT Talent Registration Form
Calling all singers, dancers, instrumentalists, film makers, comics, magicians, scientists, martial artists, gymnasts,  emcees and all other talented students at SME!  

You have talent and we aren't going to let a global pandemic stop you from showcasing it!  This year's Sierra Madre Has Talent show will be a little different, but it will still be epic!

Our students will have fun and perform their acts outside of school.  Our talent show team will provide guidance on acts as needed.  Our parents will film their students showcasing their talents.  Our talent show team will pull together all of the student videos into an awesome movie.  Everyone will safely watch it together.

Please complete this form to enter Sierra Madre Has Talent 2020 no later than September 17, 2020.  Look for emails from the SMHT team for updates throughout the process.  We can't wait to see your stuff!

I understand that SME PTA reserves the right to approve an act’s appropriateness and to modify or cut any offensive material.  This includes song lyrics, backgrounds where acts are filmed, etc.  All acts should be rated G. *
I understand that all acts must be performed in a covid-safe manner. *
I understand that in order to be included in this year's show I must follow all rules and guidelines provided by the SMHT team and submit a video recording of my student's performance to the specified address no later than 5 p.m. on October 14, 2020.   *
