Phase 3 Training Corporation (“Phase 3”) was created to address economic disparities among men and women from disadvantaged areas around Maryland. Phase 3 saw a need in the elevator workforce system for recruiting and placing workers in careers. Phase 3 then created training programs where individuals could access family sustaining wages and a clear career pathway. Phase 3’s programs help workers earn nationally recognized certifications and qualifies them to work in the elevator industry nationally and internationally.
