  1. Design flyers.
  2. Make short videos.
  3. Host Zoom meetings.
  4. Create communications, producing news releases and photos.
  5. Promote the event in all channels, raising public awareness.
  6. Act as liaisons for participants.
  7. Answer questions for the event.
  8. Provide technical support for various activities.
  9. Plan and run training workshops.
  10. Maintain the Discord server and other tools for the event.
  11. Resolve participants' issues.
  12. Give ideas and suggestions.
  13. Other tasks for planning/running various activities for the event...
