To help ensure the highest level of security for all residents, Owners shall notify Community Manager in the event of the following:
1. Sale of Unit: In the event of a sale of a Unit ALL access credentials (FOB, Parking Stickers, parking stickers. smartphone access credentials call box directory information) shall be deleted and new owner shall fill out form below.
2. Rental of Unit: In the event of a rental of a Unit ALL access credentials (FOB, Parking Stickers, parking stickers and call box directory information) shall be deleted and new owner shall fill out form below. Owner shall maintain smartphone credentials.
3. Adds, Moves or Changes: In the event Owner desires to change (add or delete) user access.
To enhance our overall security, residents are encouraged to use Smartphones, as FOBs will be limited to one (1) per unit at a cost of $25. Parking stickers are issued one per parking space and are $25 each.
