Swimmers and their guests who fail to follow pool rules may be temporarily or permanently suspended from pool.

1.    Observe no-parking signs on Berkshire & follow parking law

2.    Only registered pool members & their paying guests (3-4) allowed in pool area.

3.    Shower before entering water if dirty. Long hair must be tied up (Hair ties in snack shack). MODESTLY CUT Swimsuits only (see swimsuit guide at pool) - no athletic shorts or other sportswear, no cutoffs, no cotton, or other clothing that is not specified swimwear.

4.    Babies and toddlers not potty-trained MUST wear swim diapers (in snack shack 50c). Non-swimmer children MUST wear floaties or stay in parent’s arms, laps, etc. Parents MUST watch their young children at pool side.

5.    Place all trash in trash containers. Keep bathrooms and pool area clean. Eat in snack shack area or at tables. No food at pool edge. No glass breakables.

6.    Youth 12yr-17yr/old may swim without parent on site ONLY with Parent-Child Swimming Agreement in place (agreement includes passing swimming test). Otherwise, no children under 18 may swim WITHOUT parent or attentive adult delegate at pool.

 7.    Dive from deep end only. One person on board at a time. Deep-end swimmers must be able to swim deep end length.

8.    No running or rough play in or out of pool, especially near small children. No foul, inappropriate or racist language, no public displays of affection. Be courteous.  

9.    No hanging/sitting on rope or obstructing ladders. No water guns (except small-kid versions) and no large floats unless only a few swimmers, each approved by lifeguard.

10.    No distracting lifeguards, including conversations, while they are on duty.

11.    No smoking of any kind, in or near pool area. No alcohol or drugs of any kind. No music unless provided by Snack Shack, approved by  managers.

12.    No cooking at or near pool area – grilling should occur in the park’s designated areas. (Exceptions for cooking or grilling are for pre-planned pool functions)
