This form is for submitting a nomination for the TAPG Heart of Adventure Therapy Award. If you would like to submit an application via video you can do that with this form also. We may contact you so you can provide additional information in support of the criteria. This could include a resume, sample of work, marketing materials, curriculum, etc.
The TAPG Heart of Adventure Therapy Award was created to honor an Adventure Therapy Organization or individual who provides exemplary adventure therapy services. This organization/individual should exhibit the mission and vision of the Association for Experiential Education and should also employ TAPG’s Best Practices. We are asking for TAPG members to nominate an organization or individual that they feel represents the heart and soul of our work. Nominations will be accepted until August 31, 2023. We will be carrying over nominations from 2022, if someone nominated a person or organization last year that did not receive the award they will be included in the nominations this year and there is no need to renominate them (unless you would like to provide additional information).
