Reducing Single-Use & Takeaway Items in Your Business
Welcome and thank you for participating in our survey!

PHP4 Climate Action is encouraging businesses to eliminate the unnecessary use of single-use items.

As the City of Toronto moves towards a reduction strategy, we would like to gather feedback from businesses in our community on their capacity to eliminate single-use items and how we can support them through it.

Data from this survey may only be shared with government and other parties in a quantitative way. Individual answers that allow for identification will not be shared.

This survey should take only 3 minutes of your time. By completing it, your business will get the opportunity to be part of PHP4 Climate Action's effort to promote sustainable businesses in our community.
