Camp A'hoy Registration - Summer 2023
A'hoy there! Welcome to Camp A'hoy! We are so excited to get this summer started and have boat loads of fun. Please keep in mind the following:

PAYMENT
Please do not send payment until you have received confirmation from the Town!
Registration for 1 child is $110.00 per week. If you're registering additional children, you will be charged $110.00 for your first child, and $100.00 for each additional child.
We take payment as an e-transfer, post-dated cheque, cash, credit, or debit. Please see the Camp FAQ document for additional information. The FAQ page can be found here: https://holyrood.ca/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/FAQ-Camp-Ahoy-2023.pdf

This form goes up to 3 kids. If you are registering more than 3, complete the form under the same name to avoid confusion.

EMAIL/PHONE NUMBERS
This form collects emails so that you can request a copy of your registration form after you have filled it out. We do not use this for any other reason other than contact information. Please include your primary email for contact.
We ask for phone numbers and emails of parents and guardians so that we can keep you informed, send copies of the schedule to your email, and so that we have your information in case of an emergency.

Authorizations:
This registration is not completed until this section is completed. As I am registering my child, named above, to attend Holyrood's summer program, I hereby agree to the following:
- The Town of Holyrood, staff, and any other participating sponsors in the event of an illness, accident, and injury are hereby given permission to authorize on my behalf all medical procedures including all treatments and possible admission to hospital as it is seen in the best interest of my child
- I permit the noted camper above to attend all outings and field trips for the registered weeks of camp
- I will release any pictures taken of the camper listed above to be used by the Town of Holyrood for future promotional material (including social media) for its Summer Program. The Town of Holyrood shall be released from any liabilities that may result from these photos
- I understand that after July 2, there are no refunds for Camp A'hoy unless I have a doctors note
