Fill out this form to request regular shares of our flowers, whole chickens, and eggs! Our chicken and flower shares can be purchased on their own, even if you are not a part of our vegetable CSA! EBCF Whole Chicken Add-On

Frozen, whole birds, slaughtered and processed on-farm. Please, let us know if you're really excited about NOT-FROZEN chicken for on-farm pick-up only. Our birds will also be available a la carte in the farmstand and at markets. If you'd like to discuss another pay-ahead arrangement for birds (Like you have signed up for a shorter CSA share, please write in the "Other" slot.

EBCF 10 Weeks of Flowers! Add-On

July-September, specific dates to be determined. If you pick-up your veggie share at the farm, you will still be able to pick your own flowers for a good portion of the season if you so choose.

Posy Share - $50 (6-10 short stem posy bouquet for $5 a week)

Basic Bouquet Share - $100 (12-15 stem bouquet for $10 a week)

Bountiful Bouquet Share - $200 (20-25 stem bouquet for $20 a week)

We accept check, cash, and SNAP payments. Checks should be made out to "East Brook Community Farm". Payments can be mailed to (or dropped off at, with prior notice): East Brook Community Farm, 2253 County Highway 22, Walton NY 13856.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT *

I understand that submitting this signup form does not guarantee me a share at the price I have listed until I have received confirmation from the farm. By becoming a CSA member of East Brook Community Farm, I understand I am a stakeholder in and supporter of the 2021 growing season. In exchange for my contribution, I know that the farmers of EBCF promise to do their darnedest to provide me with the flowers, chickens, and/or eggs that I have sign-up for. I understand there are risks in agriculture, and that, while EBCF's farmers are experienced and responsible, crop yields are not guaranteed due to weather events and the like. I understand that I’m encouraged to participate beyond financial contribution to the farm, in such ways as: volunteering time/skills, attending workshops / potlucks / community gatherings. As a stakeholder in the farm, I recognize my role in the long-term viability of the CSA.
