Please complete this form in order to help us form this year's Anacortes FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotics team. FTC teams are for students between age twelve and eighteen, grades 7* - 12.

* 7th and 8th grade students need coach approval to join the FTC team. Students in 8th grade and later do not need prior experience with FIRST or any robotics class to join the team.
