Description:
Supported by the Ralla Klepak Foundation for
Education in the Performing Arts, the COH Masterclass Series seeks to partner youth with interests and experience in the performing arts with artists in related areas of expertise to help hone and refine their skills. The series will feature individual Masterclass Showcases as well as a private session with the Masterclass Artist. In the Showcase, the Masterclass Youth will prepare a performance piece and perform for a small audience and the Masterclass Artist. The artist will then give the youth feedback and the opportunity to reperform the piece, implementing the feedback. Following the showcase, the youth and artist will have a private session where the youth can ask more specific questions of the artist and they can continue working on the youth's skills.
Requirements:
- Age 13 to 24
- Experience in a performing arts field
